About Mark

I’m Mark, the founder of Mad’s Helping Hands and a lifelong Arizonan who believes seniors deserve reliable, friendly support that feels personal — not clinical.

Why I Started Mad’s Helping Hands

I’ve always been the person friends and family call when something needs fixing, organizing, or figuring out. Over time, I realized how many seniors in our community needed that same kind of dependable help — someone patient, trustworthy, and willing to show up with a smile.

Mad’s Helping Hands grew from that simple idea: make life easier for seniors and give families peace of mind.

How I Approach Every Visit

I treat every home check and add‑on service with the same care I’d give my own loved ones. That means:

• A warm greeting • Respectful communication • Moving at a comfortable pace • Noticing small details • Keeping safety and comfort first • Sending clear updates to family

My goal is to make each visit feel calm, helpful, and reassuring.

What Matters Most to Me

• Building trust with families • Helping seniors feel confident at home • Keeping communication simple and clear • Showing up reliably, every time • Offering support without rushing or pressure

I’m here to make life easier — whether that’s a quick home check, tech help, or a little extra care for pets.
